This Is My Story is an original audio fiction series written and directed by Jax Malcolm and Jake Purfield. The six episode comedy adventure blends humor, mystery, and heart into a fast moving modern treasure hunt.

The story begins after the death of a grandfather. A mysterious journal surfaces. What starts as a playful search for answers turns serious when a long buried family secret pulls a group of teens into real danger. As clues unfold, friendships are tested and the meaning of family comes into focus.

Across six episodes, the series follows the group as they chase legends, uncover hidden histories, and face the consequences of choices tied to blood and loyalty. Each chapter builds momentum, mixing comedy with suspense and character driven stakes.

The cast features Jax Malcolm as Zachery Blaze, Dai Time as Layla Martin, Jake Purfield as Arnee, Paris Bravo as Erin, and Kash Hovey as Leo. Kira Reed Lorsch appears as Ms. Ann. Additional performances include Bryson Robinson, Cassidy Naber, Brent Huff, Victoria Jacobsen, Jeremy Klein, Kyle Klein, Randall Barnett, Adam Gifford, Pete Sepenuk, Michael Greco, and Bodhi Corbett in various supporting and ensemble roles.

Behind the scenes, the series was produced by Jax Malcolm and Jake Purfield, with Lisa Malcolm serving as executive producer. Music was composed by Bodhi Corbett with Jackson Watters. Recording and engineering were handled by Robert Roth at Omega Alpha Records Inc. at California Recording Company, with mixing by Mark Lanza. The series is distributed by SadBoiMedia, with public relations handled by Lynk Public Relations.

This Is My Story premiered in November 2025 at Film Fest LA during the Kash Hovey and Friends showcase at LA Live. The debut marked the first public presentation of the series and positioned it as a standout example of independent audio storytelling built for a new generation.
